Do not spend all of your energy trying to “not sin”. This is counterproductive to all that the Bible teaches. Willing yourself away from sin and temptation is not a worthy or hardly achievable goal for any Christian. Instead, put all of your efforts into finding out how to “not want to sin”. This is true.
The way that to do this is to read how much love has been poured out for you. Just look and study the life of Jesus and reflect on the cross. The more time you spend reading about and understanding what was done there, the more you will “not want to sin”. This is the power of the gospel.
